François Maillé
He coined the TES-SET method which he initially applied and taught within the medical and paramedical fields.
With a data bank of observations he gathered on people, he broadened the TES-SET approach to the world of products, thereby highlighting the intimate connections that can be established between the realm of people and that of products.
This led him to develop models of implementation fit for the world of enterprise.
Heart and soul of the TES-SET project, Francois Maillé is in charge of the development of the method, its derived implementations as well as its transmission.
